DREAM is a student led University club that started at Queen’s University 5 years ago and have expanded into a national event for the past three years. DREAM raises money to build schools and libraries in developing countries. Since 2005, we have raised over $70,000 to build 13 libraries in Nepal and India, and a computer lab in Cambodia.
The Internal Operations Coordinator is responsible for helping design and organize the logistics behind our Live-in event. You will work with the Queen’s staff, librarians, and the rest of the team to put together another successful LiL event.

Title: Internal Operations Coordinator
Reports to: Local Manager (Queen’s)
Your main responsibilities would include:
• Communicate with Queen’s physical plant services to get the required safety procedures needed for our event.
• Design and construct the Live-in for Literacy site as well as set up the library living area.
• Schedule the timetable for volunteers to fill in for the campers when they go to class
• Other tasks related to the general operations of the event in January
