DREAM is a student led University club that started at Queen’s University 5 years ago and have expanded into a national event for the past three years. DREAM raises money to build schools and libraries in developing countries. Since 2005, we have raised over $70,000 to build 13 libraries in Nepal and India, and a computer lab in Cambodia.
The University Liasons are the main point of contact for the other participating universities. Their role is to establish a team at their assigned universities, offer assistance and act as their guide throughout the planning process and Live-in event. Strong communication and online correspondence skills are necessary for this role.

Title: University Liason
Reports to: National Manager
Specific University Liason responsibilities:
• Act as the main correspondence between Queen’s and the participating university.
• Hire and establish a team at your assigned university over the summer
• Promote a nation-wide awareness for DREAM at your assigned university/city
• Work with the team and librarians, helping the participating university through the planning process by offering guidance and sending supplies
• Communicate with both the National team and your respective university’s local team on a regular basis, ensuring timelines are met
